Captures and kills airborne viruses (including SARS-CoV-2) and bacteria, without HEPA Filters, Ultraviolet, or Ionizing Filters

 The science of clean air

STL began with the coming-together of a group of British engineers, physicists and business professionals to address the problem of indoor virus transmission, highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, STL focussed on the now well-documented problem of airborne transmission via aerosols in enclosed spaces.
By targeting the means of transmission, the resulting technology reduces the spread of infection within indoor settings, from hospital wards, to care homes, to classrooms - providing protection across current and future airborne viruses and variants.

By going back to underlying physics, the team has created a technology that addresses the dual challenge of not only capturing, but also denaturing (killing) airborne pathogens, without the need for HEPA filters, UV lamps, or Ionizers. The result is a lower cost, lower noise solution, with no danger of Ozone emission and with a reduced Carbon footprint.
